Petition of the Mayor and Burgesses of Hull for a respite and commission to examine witnesses, petition addressed to Mr Edward Osborne, Baronet, Vice President of the Councell in the North, in a case brought by Robert Legard of Anlaby against the Mayor and Burgess of Hull concerning the liability of the county to be rated towards the cleansing of the town ditches, and repair work towards drawbridges etc.
