Order granted by the court for a respite in proceedings issued in response to a petition from the Mayor and Burgesses of Hull who are also ordered to pay the plaintiff 10 shillings in costs, in a case heard in the Council of the North brought by Robert Legard of Anlaby against the Mayor and Burgess of Hull concerning the liability of the county to be rated towards the cleansing of the town ditches, and repair work towards drawbridges etc.
