1. The Lord Mayor and Citizens of York and

2. The Mayor and Burgesses [of Hull];

Agreement for the settlement of controversies arising from the grant of foreign bought and foreign sold to Hull and regulating the buying and selling of goods and merchandise in Hull; as to the use of the Haven and carriage of goods by York keels, &c. and as to the payments to be made at the Hull Woolhouse. Attached to the deed is a schedule of agreed Woolhouse charges. The Common Seal of York, much broken, is affixed. With copy articles made between the two towns on 17 Sep 1622 in settlement of disputes arising on the agreement.
