- John Cook, Overseer for Humber Ward; Thomas Feetham, Overseer for Austin Ward; Thomas Richardson Coates, Overseer for Trinity Ward; Rober Hick, Overseer for Whitefriar Ward; James Harwood, Overseer for St. Mary's Ward; William Irving the Younger, Overseer for North Ward; Ralph Musgrave, Overseer for North Myton Ward; George Greenwood, Overseer for South Myton Ward to authorise and require the several Church Wardens and Overseers above named to assess thew sum of £10,600, signed by John Barkworth, Mayor & Wm. Hall (2 copies). This includes the sum collected from each ward. Also inlcudes an appointment of the sum necessary for the relief of the poor £10,600 from 1 Aug 1833 to 31 Jan 1834. Sums levied against each ward is recorded, signed by James Harwood; Robert Kirk; Geo. Greenwood; Tho. Feetham; M.B. Day (Church Warden); Wm. Wetwand; T.R. Coates; Ralph Musgrave & William Irving [Jnr.]. Two letters also included both addressed to the Workhouse. The first certifying Wiliam Dickson and William Henderson appointed Assistant Overseers, signed by Jno. Moxon, dated 22 Aug 1833 and 6 Aug 1833 respectively.
