Tramways in Hessle Road (from Liverpool Street to Alfred Street) Porter Street, Anlaby Road and Carr Lane from De La Pole Avenue, Engine Street, Spring Bank from Norwood Street to Prospect, Beverley Road and Prospect Street from Alexandra Road to Albion Street, Bond Street, Saville Street, Junction Street, Charlotte Street, Bridge Street, Witham, Holderness Road to Southcoates Lane. The purpose of this proposal was to replace single lines by double and all the above lines are broken by stretches which, being double already were to remain unchanged.
