Limited with intent to commit a felony, 2nd count, the said Samuel Maltby was convicted of felony by the name of John Smith at the Hull Quarter Sessions on the 3 Jan 1902, 3rd count, the said William Elijah Allen was convicted at the Hull Police Court on the 8 Feb 1901
