- C C Mell, a former director of Blundell-Permoglaze, gave a bundle of archive material to the company museum in 1980. Instructions on the bundle stated that it should not be destroyed. It has been treated as a separate group of papers, distinct from the rest of the Blundell-Permoglaze records. Whether the contents listed below comprise the actual collection given by C C Mell is uncertain because material may have been separated for display purposes etc. prior to transfer to the Hull Record office.
