Parties: (i) Francis Virtue, oil mill manager of Liverpool

(ii) George Witton of Hull, millwright

Agreements a)(i) to take out a patent for an invention for registering, maintaining and controlling the pressure upon hydraulic presses

b) The patent to be in the name of (i) but to be at the joint expense and to be the joint property of (i) and (ii)

c) The profits to be divided as specified
