Admin History:
The Unitarian Church has its roots in the Presbyterian movement. The earliest date for the congregations that became the Hull Unitarian Church is 1640. The first building they used, in Bowlalley Lane, was constructed around the early 1690s. This was rebuilt in 1803. The move to Park Street came in 1881 and the present building dates from 1977. The Society for the Reformation of Manners was made up of members of the congregation concerned over of the moral and social welfare of Hull's inhabitants
