Letter to Avison Terry from Edward Stillingfleet. Had returned from 'jaunt' with 'my wife'. Thanks Avison Terry for agreeing to his request. Not needed as both parents were well on their return. Describes visit to Cambridge and Derby. Asked for 2 evergreen roses for his friend Rose's verandah at his Leicestershire parsonage. Stays mainly at Hotham but it appears his wife stays with her parents (Ewbanks) at Londesborough.
