Admin History:

The British Broadcasting Corporation opened the Hull relay station, its sixth such station, in 1924, with an inaugural concert from the City Hall. Radio Humberside began broadcasting in 1972. BBC television's, Look North Yorkshire and Lincolnshire launched in 2002 spliting from the Leeds based BBC North, created in 1968.
