- Admin History:
- Greatfield School opened in 1957, an example of the tripartite educational system. It had three halls: Shakespeare Hall (a grammar school), Newton Hall, (a technical school) and Elizabeth Hall (a secondary modern school). There was further re-organisation in 1969 and again in 1988. The first headmaster was Malcolm Richard Henry Innes, fl.1957-1973.
