Admin History:
The Royal George was built in Newcastle in 1793. She sailed in the Hull whaling fleet between 1805-1821. The vessel was lost in 1826 whilst trading. Owned by Edward Spence, she was a bark rigged vessel 101ft, 6 ins. in length, 29ft 7 ins. broad and 367 tons.
