- Includes 2 photographs; one of Private Jarvis in uniform and one of his wife, Ada and baby, a Birthday postcard from Private Jarvis to his son from the front, and a bundle of scrolls commemorating his bravery during The First World War after he died from wounds on the 17th August 1916, age 36. Private Jarvis was buried at the Chocques Military Cemetery in France. One of the scrolls gives Private Jarvis' parents as Benjamin and Eliza Jarvis of Hull, and his home address as 2 Selkirk Street, Newstead Street, Hull.
