Admin History:
Mr Richardson became a policeman in Hull in 1953 , retiring from the service on the 31st March 1979. he then joined the Humberside County Council Emergency Planning Service, rising to be Chief Emergency Planning Officer after nearly thirteen years with the service. He wrote A Copper for Three Crowns after he retired completely in 1993.
