Walter Windsor was Labour politician and MP for Bethnel Green, London before returning to the House of Commons at the 1935 General Election as Member of Parliament for Hull Central.

At the 1945 General Election Windsor was nominated as the Labour candidate for Hull Central. It was during his campaigning that he passed away in his hotel room in Hull aged 60.
