Minutes of a meeting of the Hull Jewish Representative Council held at Parkfield Centre on 31 May 1973, minutes include references to 'Ald. Science's concern regarding a Jewish Day School', the Provincial Council's Conference in the Guildhall attended by the Lord Mayor and the President and Vice President of the Board of Deputies, the presentation of a 'Silver Salver' to the Lord Mayor Dr Lionel Rosen by the president of the Representative Council for services to the Community at said Conference, a lunch at Osborne Street Synagogue following morning session of Conference, afternoon session of Conference at Osborne Street Synagogue addressed by the Chief Rabbi Dr Jacobowitz on the 'Provincial Contribution to Anglo-Jewry' urging progress in regionalisation and adoption of smaller communities by larger neighbours, Mr Julius of Dietch's Delicatessen being 'anxious to conform with all requirements of halacha', one day milk-meal licence granted to Royal Station Hotel, success of National Front Movement in West Bromwich bye-election, request by Mr J. Lennard that 'synagogue amalgamation be put on the agenda for a future meeting, concern of Rabbi Dr Cooper that 'rare and valuable religious books' are deteriorating and his desire to see them gathered in some central store, typescript, unsigned.

Minutes of the AGM of Hull Jewish Representative Council held 31 May 1973 at Parkfield Centre chaired by Dr C. Rosen as President, includes references to Hull Corporation agreeing to responsibility for excavation and re-interment of Villa Place Cemetery under supervision of Rabbi Dr Cooper, marriage of Dr Cooper's son, heavy expenditure incurred by Council in staging Provincial Representative Councils Conference with £99.20 current debts, 460 subscribers to the Watchman, Age Concern formerly Old People's Welfare being organised by Mrs Rhoda Rose in Hull, Social Services Council not currently active, Parkfield Centre being opened by Mr L. Rosenston, certificate for trees presented to Jusge Israel Finestein on his elevation to the Crown Court, raising of £233 for the Memorial Florr in hillel House, London, typescript, unsigned.
