Also relates to discussion of letters received, applications for membership of congregation, resignation and termination of membership of congregation, and donation requests to various local and national charities and appeals. Also relates to election of Council members and representatives to serve on various boards, committees and sub-committees. Also relates to reports of various officers and representatives. Reports given by representatives of the following boards at various points over the period: Board of Shechita; Chevra Kadisha; Ladies Guild; Hull Representative Council; Social Committee; Hall Management Committee; United Synagogue Council; Northern Representative Council; Hebrew Communal School Committee/Talmud Torah; Board of Representatives; Board of Guardians; Parkfield Management Committee.
