Conservancy expenses detailed in the volume includes: Parliamentary Bills; printing and advertising; the Parliamentary Commission of Enquiry into Humber Conservancy; the operation and maintenance of the 'F. B. Grotrian'; election of Commissioners; the operation and maintenance of the s.s.
