A chart showing the depth of the Humber [within Hull Roads] between Barton Haven [near Hessle] to a mile below Skitter Haven, as determined by soundings taken by the Humber Conservancy Board from 10 April to 11 July 1916. Soundings taken in feet reduced to low ordinary spring tides, or 9.57 feet below Ordinance Datum at Hessle, 10.07 feet below Ordinance Datum at Hull, and 9.75 feet below Ordinance Datum at Thorngumbold Clough.

The positions of navigation beacons, buoys, floats, and light floats have been highlighted, along with other navigational landmarks.
