A register of rents collected by the Humber Conservancy from tennants occupying land or property owned or leased to the Board. This includes property at Spurn Point (the School, Lifeboat cottages, Public House, Coastguard Station, and Signal Station), Paull Old Lighthouse, Killingholme North Low Lighthouse, Thurngumbald Lighthouse Cottage, and Salt End Lighthouse Cottage. It also includes rent for the hire of the launch "PIlot", along with rent collected from the Board's tennants occupying Broomfleet Island, Brough Growths, and Read's Island.
It also includes the collection of rent for the operation of equipment by outside parties on Board property, and for the attachment of fixtures and fitting by outside parties to Board property.
