A register of shipping dues collected at Goole by the Humber Conservancy Board from vessels arriving from foreign ports (i.e. ships that have arrived from ports outside the United Kingdom). The following information is included for each ship entered into the register:

1. Date reported

2. Receipt Number

3. Name of vessel

4. Port of departure

5. Registered tonnage

6. Amount of dues paid

7. Reason for exemption (when applicable)

8. Date dues paid

Each month includes a summary of the total number of ships, the total registered tonnage, and the total dues paid for that month. End of year summaries for 1929 (folio 78), 1930 (folio 154), and 1931 (folio 221) have been included.
