A register of shipping dues collected by the Humber Conservancy Board at Grimsby from coasting/coastwise vessels (i.e. vessels that have arrived from another domestic British port, and have not crossed a sea or ocean). The following information is included for each ship entered into the register:

1. Date reported

2. Receipt number

3. Name of vessel

4. Port of departure

5. Registered tonnage

6. Amount of dues paid

7. Date dues paid

8. Exemptions (when applicable)

Each month includes a summary of the total number of ships, the total registered tonnage, and the total amount of dues paid for that month. End of year summaries for 1930 (page 36), 1931 (page 110), 1932 (page 184), 1933 (page 258), 1934 (page 333), 1935 (page 409), and 1936 (page 489) have been included.
