Brough Office, and mariners sailing in the Upper Humber, regarding operations carried out by the engineering department in the Upper Humber system. Work included: re-positioning gas floats lightships, and wreck buoys, navigable channel changes (caused by shoaling, etc.), publishing of notices to mariners after each change of circumstances within the Upper Humber system, etc. Also includes copies of the fuel and mileages sheets for the Board’s vessels, operatiing in the Upper Humber system.
