- Comprises monthly correspondence between the Chief Engineer to the Humber Conservancy Board and the Board’s Secretary, regarding the alterations to the navigable channels within the River Humber System. These monthly reports include the re-positioning of lightships, gas floats, buoys, the withdrawal (temporary and discontinuation) of lightships, buoys, etc., for overhaul or collision damage, etc. The reports describe the temporary replacements, including their lighting and fog bell operations. The secretary then organises the publication of the notices to mariners reports.
