A package (divided into 2 folders) containing papers accumulated in connection with Aire and Calder Navigation Lease No. 9A: Nos. 31 and 33 Aire Street in the town of Goole, Yorkshire. It includes the following:

Deeds (1847–1873)

1. Conveyance of Leasehold premises (15 July 1847): Adam Smith (with the consent of the Aire and Calder Navigation) to George Chantry. The Deed has been signed and sealed by the aforementioned parties, and Joseph Priestly on behalf of the Navigation.

2. Attested copy (created 11 February 1848) of Conveyance of Leasehold premises (15 July 1847): Adam Smith (with the consent of the Aire and Calder Navigation) to George Chantry.

3. Mortgage of Leasehold property for securing £400 and interest (19 March 1866): the Trustees and Executors under the Will of George Chantry (with the consent of the Trustees of the Aire and Calder Navigation) to Eliza Eadon and others. The Deed has been signed and sealed by the aforementioned parties, William Smith, Frank Henry Eadon Eadon, Edward Elsdale Clark, and Marmaduke Storr Hodson on behalf of the Navigation.

4. Transfer of a Mortgage affecting the Leasehold for securing £400 and interest (23 August 1869): Eliza Eadon to Reverend John Eadon Eadon. The Deed has been signed and sealed by Eliza Eadon, Frank Henry Eadon Eadon, Edward Elsdale Clark, and Marmaduke Storr Hodson on behalf of the Navigation.

5. Assignment of Leasehold Hereditaments and premises (14 July 1873): Eliza Eadon and others (with the consent of the Trustees of the Aire and Calder Navigation) to Thomas Cooper. The Deed has been signed and sealed by the aforementioned parties, Frank Henry Eaden Eaden, Edward Elsdale Clark, Elizabeth Chantry, William Smith, and Marmaduke Storr Hodson on behalf of the Navigation.
