Deeds (1848–1877)

1. Conveyance of Leasehold premises (29 January 1848): Adam Smith (with the consent of the Trustees of the Aire and Calder Navigation) to William Meanwell. The Deed is signed and sealed by the aforementioned parties, and Joseph Priestley on behalf of the Navigation.

2. Attested copy (created 29 January 1848) of Leasehold premises (29 January 1848): Adam Smith (with the consent of the Trustees of the Aire and Calder Navigation) to William Meanwell. The Deed is signed and sealed by the aforementioned parties, and Joseph Priestley on behalf of the Navigation.

3. Mortgage by way of underlease of premises with power of sale for securing £700 and interest (31 January 1848): William Meanwell (with the consent of the Trustees of the Aire and Calder Navigation) to Sarah Hankes. The Deed has been signed and sealed by William Meanwell, and Joseph Priestley on behalf of the Navigation.

4. Assignment of Leasehold premises (11 May 1853): William Meanwell (with the consent of the Trustees of the Aire and Calder Navigation) to Thomas Bromley. The Deed is signed and sealed by Willy Stennitt, Frederick Clark, Thomas Bromley, and John Drinkrow Hall representing the Navigation.

5. Assignment of Leasehold Hereditaments and premises (1 November 1871): Messrs Robert Bell Bromley and Charles Bromley (with the consent of the Trustees of the Aire and Calder Navigation) to James Armitage. The Deed has been signed and sealed by the aforementioned parties, and Marmaduke Storr Hodson on behalf of the Navigation.

6. Surrender of Leasehold premises (31 July 1877): James Armitage to Andrew Montagu and others (Trustees of the Aire and Calder Navigation. The Deed has been signed and sealed by James Armitage, and Walter Thomas William Spencer Stanhope on behalf of the Navigation.
