Deeds (1863–1877)

1. Assignment of Leasehold (1 May 1863): Adam Smith (with the consent of the Trustees of the Aire and Calder Navigation) to George Hewson. It includes an inset plan showing the property in question. The Deed has been signed and sealed by the aforementioned parties, and Marmaduke Storr Hodson on behalf of the Navigation.

2. Assignment of Leasehold Tenements and premises (14 October 1875): George Hewson (with the consent of the Trustees of the Aire and Calder Navigation) to Edmund Walters Greenwood. The Deed has been signed and sealed by the aforementioned parties, and Marmaduke Storr Hodson on behalf of the Navigation.

3. Mortgage of Leasehold premises (15 October 1875): Edmund Warters Greenwood to the Trustees of the Provincial Benefit Building Society. The Deed has been signed and sealed by Edmund Walters Greenwood, and Marmaduke Storr Hodson on behalf of the Aire and Calder Navigation. It also bears the seal of the Leeds Provincial Building Society.

4. Surrender of Leasehold premises (31 July 1877): Edmund Warters Greenwood to Andrew Montagu and others (Trustees of the Aire and Calder Navigation). The Deed has been sealed and signed by the Leasee and Walter Thomas William Spencer Stanhope on behalf of the Navigation.

5. Assignment of Leasehold (2 February 1920): Edmund Warters Greenwood to Job Shaw.
