A package containing papers accumulated in connection with Aire and Calder Navigation Lease No. 52: 39–47 North Street (Odd Numbers), 1–5 Bromley's Yard, and 3–7 Back George Street in the town of Goole, Yorkshire. It includes the following:
1. Counterpart of Lease for 99 years (2 August 1841): the Trustees of the Aire and Calder Navigation to Robert Bromley. It includes an inset plan showing the land and property in question.
2. Consent to Assignment of Leasehold (19 August 1904): Richard Haldenby to Fred Hewson.
3. Consent to Assignment of Leasehold (30 March 1906): Fred Hewson to R. Hopley.
