A package containing papers accumulated in connection with with Aire and Calder Navigation Lease No. 163: Property on the north side of Church Street situate in the town of Goole, Yorkshire. It includes the following:

[Part 1]

Deeds (1882–1904):

1. Lease for 99 years (2 October 1882): the Trustees of the Aire and Calder Navigation to the Goole Steam Shipping Company Limited. It includes a plan showing the land and property in question. The Deed has been signed and sealed by the following representatives of the Navigation: Andrew Montagu, William Aldam, Walter Thomas William Spencer Stanhope, and Francis Darwin.

2. Counterpart of Lease for 99 years (2 October 1882): the Trustees of the Aire and Calder Navigation to the Goole Steam Shipping Company Limited. It includes a plan showing the land and property in question. The Deed has been signed and sealed by the Shipping Company.

3. Surrender of Leasehold (12 January 1904): the Goole Steam Shipping Company Limited to the Trustees of the Aire and Calder Navigation. The Deed bears the seal of the aforementioned Shipping Company.
