A memorandum of a meeting held on 11 October 1889 at Manchester between representatives of the ACN and the LYR. The following subjects are covered: the diversion of a railway line between Rawcliffe and Goole Junction; the installation of crossings at Bridge Street and St John's Street for the new dock extension at Goole; a new timber pond; the reduction in the size of the wharf on the northern side of Railway Dock; and Burton Barley Traffic.
