Minutes of a meeting held on 6 June 1899 between the ACN and the LYR. The subjects covered include the following: the supply of water for the old Engine Shed at Goole; a question over the progress of the construction of a new coal crane at Goole; an undertaking by the LYR in connection with the new coal crane; drawback and rates questions; drawback subsidy for the Goole Steamship Company; proposed cranes on the northern side of the gutway between Aldam and Railway Docks; the use of ACN sidings adjoining Ship Dock by the LYR; an outstanding toll for the use of a siding alongside the Railway Dock Extension; the proposed diversion of Grange Road; the Goole Water Bill; the question over the earnings of the last mile of railway at Goole.
