The folder contains two memoranda:
1. a memorandum of a meeting held on 2 November 1905 at Manchester between representatives of the ACN and the LYR. The following topics are covered: the provision of rails for railway sidings at Barge Dock; Pit Prop Traffic; proposed bye-lay for Railway Dock; and the lighting of Victoria Pier.
2. a memorandum of discussions between the ACN and the LYR on 2 November 1905 respecting the Humber Conservancy Enquiry, 1905: its constitution, income generation, dredging deposits, works and dredgings by the Commissioners, the definition of Upper and Lower Humber, the need for more frequent surveys, and the position of Conservator.
