22/8/93 North Sea. Peter R Leake 4th hand. While assisting to place the boat on the rail, Leake placed his hand on the capstan, somehow his thumb was caught in one of the wheels taking the skin off to the bone.

19/11/93 5am North Sea. Lost our gear & 100 fathoms of warp. Heavy sea struck the vessel, which caused the warp to part.
