Record of Death or Injury.

14/11/94 North Sea. Robert White, cook . Washed overboard & drowned. A heavy sea fell on board & washed him over board. The body was afterwards recovered , there was a deep cut on the forehead & a bruise over right eye. He must have been injured & insensible when carried overboard.

14/11/94 North Sea. R Bentley, 2nd hand. Received a scalp wound through being thrown down at the same time as the above.

Record of Casualty.

14/11/94 North Sea. Loss of life buoy & basket. The life buoy was thrown to R White (see above) , and the basket was washed overboard, neither being recovered.
