Official Log. On the 5/4/95 while fishing with the Red Cross Fishing Fleet in the North Sea. We ran into & capsized a boat belonging to the smack Sirius of Hull, caused by its occupants, the 2nd hand & 3rd hand of that vessel, stopping pulling their oars as we were heaving round from starboard to port tack. The 3rd hand was pulled on board our vessel, but the 2nd hand, who appeared unconscious was drowned, all efforts to save him being futile. There was no loss or damage to our vessel.
