6/7/96 North Sea. Collision with the Montreal of Hull. Bowsprit broken & top part of stern damaged. 11/7/96 at 9.30am North sea. Loss of our vessel & all her equipment. Collision with the smack Joseh & Sarah of Grimsby. Collision might have been avoided if he had ported his helm when he first saw danger. Efforts were made, pumps from 4 to 5 bows to keep her afloat , but the water gained the advantage & eventually she was abandoned in a sinking condition at 4pm. The crew were brought to Hull in steam trawler Jamaica.
