J Barnes & W R Manton refused duty at sea on the 22/1/96 & immeadiately on the arrival of the vessel in port, warrants were issued for their arrest and they were brought before the magistrate, Police Court Hull, where Barnes being convicted, was sentenced to 14 days imprisonment, but the case against Manton was dismissed, on account of the injury to his hand.
