North Sea 14/12/96 about 7.30am. T Walton, 3rd Hand. Injuries were caused by fishing gear coming fast to some obstruction at the sea bottom. The unusual strain caused a bolt which passes through the deck to which is shackled a block . The block struck the deceased on the head causing the injuries which proved fatal. T Anderson. Death from injury caused by shooting of gear on Monday morning 3 O'clock.
