10/10/96 River Humber. R A Cutsforth, 2nd hand. We were being towed into dock by the SS Ensign. The 2nd hand was holding the end of the towing warp which was turned round a bollard. The warp slipped & as he tried to keep it back the 1st & 2nd fingers of his left hand were crushed between the warp & bollard.
