2/1/1900 North Sea. G Wallgate , 2nd enginner assaulted by C Wilson. Struck 2nd engineer hurting his arm, also tried to hit him with coal hammer.

Re. assault referred to on page 15 as Wilson denies the assault & makes a counter charge against Wallgate of committing a similar offence on him. No witnesses being obtainable to prove the truth of either mans statement. The fine under Regulation 3 for maintaining discipline has not been enforced against Wilson.
