On October 29 with the Spurn bearing E by N at 250 Miles distant sighted the Young Greg of Hull in a disabled sinking condition and the only survivor trawling in the companion flying a flare of distress.Boarded the Young Greg returned and took the vessel in. arrived at Hull on November 4th 1884.
