On May 27th Wednesday while we were engaged in hawling the net in the skipper asked G Colville to go forward and assist the rest of the crew to hoist the forsil which he refused to do. I then told him to go about his work and put my hand on his shoulder, he said not to push him me he then knocked me down blackened both my eyes and cut my nose and attempted to kick me in the body and then challenged me to fight.
