5/5/03 1.30am. T H Green illtreated both C Hartley, skipper & S Tyrrell 3rd hand. Struck the skipper in left eye & on the chest because he brushed past him when he was near the winch. Struck the 3rd hand in the face because he ( acting on orders ) went and called him to assist in heaving the gear.

For the assault on myself, referred to on page 15 hereof, T H Green late 2nd hand was on the 29th of May sentenced by the Hull Magistrate to one months imprisonment with hard labour. No charge was made relative to the alleged assault on the 3rd hand.
