Certificates.

I certify, that in my opinion the particulars relating to the death of H K Johnson 2nd engineer as reported on page 15 hereof are correct & true and that further enquiry into the matter is unnecessary. Inquest held at Hull 23/2/07 & verdict returned of death by natural causes due to congestion of lungs & weak heart.

I certify that after enquiry I am satisfied the loss of John Wynne boatswain, was in accordance with the circumstances reported on page 15 but considering further investigation necessary. I have thus reported thereon to the Board of Trade.
