30/1/07 River Humber. George Wells ch. engineer. Injury to ribs, slipped on foot plate step and fell down stoke hold.

16/3/07 North Sea. J Harden deck hand. Left leg broken whilst heaving the fishing gear, the warp caught his oilskin frock & pulled him round the fore bollard.

On Saturday midnight 16/3/07 we were heaving the gear up when the deck hand was going to put a light up, the wire caught his oil frock and pulled him round the fore bollard and broke his leg.
