Official Log. The trimmer W H Fisher wishes to report having been struck by the chief A Roberts September 28 1909. The chief engineer A Roberts reports the refusal of duty to the trimmer W H Fisher. Regulation 3 for maintaining discipline has not been enforced against Eng. Roberts as he denied having assaulted Fisher and there is no proof that he did so.
