About 1 O'clock on the 10th the mate was called to haul, he had to be called by another man, when he came on deck he threw an iron pot at the 3rd hand when not a yard away from him, closing his right eye and nose and is unable to follow his work. The skipper informs me that no proceedings have been taken.
