Memoranda by Skipper. While laying too August 2nd on starboard tack & heading S by E wind about SW on Holman Bank North Sea with Great Northern Fleet. The Smack Speedwell GY1065 sailing on the port tacjk struck us on the port quarter and carried away our mizenmast and split our mizen sail.

Record of Casualty. February 16 1887 off the sylt North Sea. Carried away our landyards and deadeyes & split the covering board. Collision with the smack Rossend of Hull who run into our starboard side whilst Hauling the net. 12 May 1887 North Sea. Carried away mizen boom tore mizen broke the rail. Collision with the smack Sway.
