Record of Death or Injury.

29 September 1891 North Sea. John Pearson 2nd hand. Back & sides bruised by being crushed between two boats. Whilst alongside the cutter for the purpose of boarding fish. A sea rose suddenly causing Pearson who was in the act of passing from one boat to anotherto fall between the two.

10 November 1891 River Humber. W Simmonds skipper Injury to right thigh, caused by the breaking of the stern check-rope whilst entering the dock.

Record of Casualty. 8 November 1891, 11.30pm North Sea. Lost our trawl, fast to the bottom which caused fore bridle to part.
